Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Makori purchase. If any of the products in your order are incorrect or defective, please contact us at info@Makorijewels.com for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the date of receipt.

* We will accept merchandise for return only in  it's original packaging, unused, unaltered and saleable condition.        

*We cannot accept returns of custom special orders, sized or engraved items or items which show signs of wear.

* Please include a copy of the order or packing slip with your return. 

* Please ship your return via a traceable shipping method such as UPS, Fedex or Insured Parcel Post. 

Please be sure to keep the return tracking number until you receive your refund. We do not pay for the cost to ship returns. Returns should be sent to:

We will apply your refund to the original form of payment within 5 - 7 business days of our receipt of your return.
