Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Makori purchase. If any of the products in your order are incorrect or defective, please contact us at info@Makorijewels.com for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the date of receipt.

• We will accept merchandise for return only in it's original packaging, unused, unaltered and in saleable condition.
• Returns of custom special orders, sized or engraved items will be allowed at our discretion.
• Please include a copy of the order or packing slip with your return.
• Please ship your return via a traceable shipping method such as UPS, Fedex or Insured Parcel Post.
